What should I do if I visit Elitecare Center for the first time?

Inform our front desk that you're a first-time visitor. You'll receive a registration form to select your payment method—cash or insurance/employer coverage. After registering, you'll get a hospital ID on your NMC card and must make a payment first.

Do foreigners need a special registration process?

There is no separate registration for foreign nationals. However, ensure you have any required referral forms, preauthorizations, and insurance documents for a smooth process.

Does Elitecare Center accept card payments or foreign currency?

We accept VISA, GHLink, and MasterCard credit/debit cards. US dollars are also accepted at the center's approved exchange rate.

Do you allow visitors if I am on admission?

To ensure patient safety and comfort, visiting hours are:

6:30 AM – 8:00 AM
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Visitors are allowed daily.

What is the difference between a dermatologist and a skin specialist?

A dermatologist is a medical doctor specializing in diagnosing and treating skin, hair, and nail conditions, often with advanced training and certifications. A skin specialist is a broader term that may refer to dermatologists or other professionals like aestheticians who focus on skincare but lack medical training.

How can I get a medical report?

Out-patients should request a medical report from their doctor and complete a form at reception. Reports take 24 to 48 hours. In-patients must request theirs from the attending doctor before discharge.

Are all the consultants available all the time?

General doctors are available 24/7, while specialists have specific weekly schedules. Check our services page for details. Patient information is available at the Ward Reception or security desk upon arrival.
